Description
Acronym for Colomba and Bottle, the CB is the classic tribute that combines the delicacy of the artisanal Colomba with a selection of Italian bubbles, an expression of the quality of the Oltrepò Pavese area.
A classic symbol of Easter Cova, the Colomba is the result of a careful selection of excellent raw materials and an artisanal production process, which respects the times of a long leavening. Packaged manually in classic wrapping, it is available in assorted colored wrappings, with tone-on-tone ribbon.

Il "Covino": Brut quality sparkling wine. A Brut sparkling wine that expresses the quality of the territory, created to enhance the Oltrepo' grapes to the maximum through a balanced mix of flavors and aromas. With a delicate straw color, it is made with Pinot Noir (85%) and Chardonnay (15%) grapes. Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany first courses and desserts.
