How to pick up products
It is possible to pick up some of the products purchased on our e-shop at the Cova Montenapoleone location, Via Montenapoleone 8, 20121 Milan, upon showing at our Pastry Counter the email or message received in order confirmation, containing the order number.
To opt for pickup, you must select the “pickup” option. Products will generally be available within 1-2 business days. Once the order is placed you will receive an email when the products are ready for pickup.
Delivery and Shipping of Products.
Delivery methods for products in the Milan area.
A selection of products may be delivered within 1-2 business days in the Milan area. The purchase will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order proposal form and in the manner chosen by the Customer on the Site. It is recommended that we have an accurate telephone number of the recipient so that we can get in touch at the time of delivery.
Delivery Charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are separately stated on the Site, in the order proposal form and in the Order Confirmation. Delivery in the metropolitan area of Milan is EUR 13.
The Products will be shipped only after Cova has received full payment of the full amount of the order.
Method of shipping in Italy of the Products
Cova may ship all Products within the national territory of Italy.
A selection of products may be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order by express courier (1-2 days). The purchase will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer in the order proposal form and in the manner chosen by the Customer on the Site.
Delivery Charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are separately listed on the Site, in the order proposal form and in the Order Confirmation. Depending on the size and value of the order, the Delivery Charges may vary.
Methods of shipping products abroad
The same delivery methods applied for shipping to Italy are related to other countries, detailed specifically (Spain, Belgium, NL, Germany, Austria, UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada). For delivery methods to France please visit our website www.covaparis.com
Delivery Times and Reimbursement of Delivery Charges.
The delivery dates set forth herein are indicative only and not binding; therefore, failure to meet the delivery dates does not entitle the Customer to terminate the Contract or to exercise any right to damages. The Customer may possibly make partial deliveries of the Products.
Cova uses proprietary services or services performed by couriers engaged by Cova itself. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 56, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, depending on the choice of shipping mode, in case of withdrawal, the full amount of shipping costs will be refunded by Cova only if the Customer has chosen the standard mode.
No responsibility can be attributed to Cova in case of delay in the processing of the order or delivery of what was ordered.
