Panettone is the result of a long and careful process, involving master pastry chefs, expert leaveners and skilled packagers. The historic recipe and the raw materials of the highest quality give life to an artisanal product, exported for decades all over the world. Packaged strictly by hand, the leavened product, originally dedicated to Christmas, is the protagonist of the most beautiful moments of the holidays and of every private and corporate event.Each “panettone + solidale” dedicated to the Red Cross of Milan will be packaged with Cova Montenapoleone 1817 wrapping, ribbon and bag and marked with a label dedicated to the panettone's solidarity purpose.
For each “panettone +solidale” purchased, a portion of the price equal to EUR 3.00 will be donated to the humanitarian projects of the Red Cross of Milan and Pasticceria Cova Montenapoleone 1817 undertakes to double the contribution.
The 1kg panettone is suitable for approximately 8 people.
Soft and delicate, it fears the cold and humidity. If stored in these unsuitable conditions, it tends to harden and lose its natural consistency. We therefore recommend that you "keep" our Panettone in a dry place at room temperature. To enjoy it at its best, we suggest you place it on the radiator or near the warm flames of the fireplace half an hour before cutting it, to "awaken" its natural ingredients. It will now be ready to be cut with a serrated knife. If you do not consume it entirely, be sure to place it in its special cellophane to avoid altering its softness.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Sultanas, Butter, Sugar, Candied orange peels (Orange peels, Glucose-fructose syrup, Sucrose), Pasteurized egg yolk, Natural yeast (wheat flour), Candied citron peels (Cedar peels, Glucose-fructose syrup, Sucrose), Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Skimmed milk powder, Cocoa butter, Salt, Barley malt extract, Honey, Flavourings. May contain other cereals containing gluten, nuts, soy, peanuts.
