Quality Brut Sparkling Wine. A Brut sparkling wine that expresses the quality of the territory, created to enhance the Oltrepo' grapes to the maximum through a balanced mix of flavors and aromas. With a delicate straw color, it is made with Pinot Noir (85%) and Chardonnay (15%) grapes. Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany first courses and desserts.
